Promotional Sweepstakes Rules
CCBC periodically conducts promotional sweepstakes for exciting prizes, such as gift cards, events, special admission tickets, or vacation packages.
How to Enter:
Please see the current promotion rules for details on which donation types (whole blood, platelets, plasma, etc.) are eligible. Non-donors may enter by completing the online entry form below. No purchase is necessary to participate.

Winner Selection
Entries from all participants will be collected, and one winner will be randomly selected. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.
Eligibility
- General 18+ years old; 16 or 17 years old with parent consent.
- Employees and immediate family members of CCBC are not eligible.
- Immediate family includes parents, siblings, spouses, children, and household members.
Prize Details
The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted. If the prize value exceeds $600, CCBC will issue a 1099 tax form, and the winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
Publicity
By entering, you agree that CCBC may use your name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Claiming the Prize
Winners must accept or decline the prize within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Terms
- CCBC is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or illegible entries.
- All disputes will be resolved by CCBC management, whose decisions are final.
