Qualifications:   Telemarketing skills a plus.  Good written and communication skills.  Ability to convey and receive verbal and written information in a clear manner and be sensitive to the audience addressed.  Work well in a team environment.  Self-motivator.  Must be able to work well under stress.  Maintain a positive attitude.

Job Summary:   Responsible for recruiting whole blood donors by telephone.  May recruit-in person when needed, complete required data entry and paperwork in a timely manner and assumes other duties as necessary.
