  • Where would I be working?
    The administrative site is at 4343 W. Herndon Avenue in Fresno (at Blythe).  Additional centers are located in Central Fresno, North Fresno, Porterville and Visalia.

  • What would I do?Volunteers in costume
    Volunteers help us in so many ways: working as hosts and hostesses serving snacks and beverages
    in the Blood Center canteen, providing clerical assistance, helping at blood drives and special
    events or assisting with special projects.
  • What background do I need?
    None, volunteers will receive on-the-job training
    and will not be left to work on their own until they feel confident.

  • Desired Skills, Interests and Experience:
    We are looking for those who enjoy people, possess an out-going personality, are responsible and can be flexible.
  • What is my time commitment?
    There is no set commitment as we happily accept whatever time our volunteers are able to donate.
